A wonderful time was had by all
at the Prestons Road Cabin in
Southern Washington, located next to
The Klickitat State Wildlife Recreation Area!

Here we are at the start of our journey!

Leaving our home county of Pierce and into Thurston County,
where our state capital resides!

Once we arrived at the cabin, we really liked the meadow!

These wildflowers are beautiful toos!

So are these!!!!

This is actually a house for a caterpillar!

Here's Mr. Right Now Music looking at Mt. Adams
across Beek's Canyon.

J is also admiring the view.
Dawn is operating the camera- Wheee!

These rocks are interesting.

So is this one!

I like how these rocks flake!

Interesting plant!

Bambi was napping here!

Cool groundcover!

I like the colors in this photo of a moss-covered rock!

Also interesting colors in this plant.

This is really an odd-shaped dead tree!

Oh noes! The Out House door blew off in a
storm a while ago!!!

Here's the door under construction!
We're the Out House Rangers!

It's all coming together now!

Done! Yay!
The Out House Rangers have succeeded!

The old Army cot was not so lucky!
On the last night we were there, the fabric
rotted through and Bill landed on the floor!
Bye Bye Cot!

On our way home, we looked at the Klickitat River.
